My friend and I were having a poem show down and I realized our interaction was a lot like sherlock/moriarity

Met a fellow Whovian and Sherlockian.
I hear Sherlock and I went ‘Like BBC?’ and she said yes but it seemed she didn’t really want to talk, so I dropped it but then she said ‘Doctor Who’ so I said ‘I LOVE THAT SHOW!’
And then she described herself as a ‘geek, dork and nerd with a bit of fangirl sprinkled in’.
And so she’s perfect.

On my nieces and nephew's 11th Birthday, they will...
Also a Hogwarts acceptance letter, that shall be delivered via Muggle mail Owls.
Then, on their twelfth birthday they’ll get Chamber of Secrets and so on.
And when they’re 17, they’ll get Deathly Hallows, a large box of tissues, and a watch.
That way, I’ll be that crazy aunt who’s birthday presents are unbelievably predictable but also the best aunt ever.

Why books are forever better than movies.
It recently occurred to me, that, not once in my life can I remember honestly saying ‘The movie was better than the books’.
Why?
Because books are forever better, whether in the interest of the plot line, or simply because reading is a far better pastime.
When a movie is based on the book, they are allowed to go as non-canon as they like so that it appeals to the viewers.
